Open Up
At pre-arranged open up times, our Keyguards will attend site and carry out visual checks of the surrounding area. They will then enter the premises, unset the security systems before handing the building over to your authorised member of staff.
Lock Up
At pre-arranged lock up times, our Keyguards will attend site and carry out visual inspections of the surrounding area and will check all perimeter windows and doors. Following a check for any obstructions of the alarm detectors, the security system will be set and the premises locked and secured. Final checks of the surrounding area and car park will be completed before leaving.
Scheduled open/close is suited to a multitude of businesses and residential premises. This service ensures peace of mind that keys are held and buildings secured by highly trained security professionals therefore reducing unnecessary responsibility and potential risk for staff members.

On demand
On demand lock-ups and unlocks are useful for companies that prefer to have their keys held securely but have staff who need to gain access or to leave a building at irregular times.
Similarly this service is useful for companies or resindences who may have contractors that need to gain access to the property out of normal working hours.
Lockouts
As keyholders we have the ability to assist our clients who have locked themselves out of their property.
In addition to our Open/Close services, Photech are also able to respond to alarm activations 24/7, 365 days per year as part of our Keyholding solutions.
