Timed locking and unlocking to BS7984 – At pre-arranged LOCK UP times. Our keyguards will attend your premises and carry out a visual inspection of the surrounding area, check all perimeter windows and doors, check internal alarm detectors for obstructions etc. Set the security system and lock up. Further checks of the surrounding area and car parks etc. are made before leaving. At pre-arranged OPEN UP times our Keyguards will attend site and carry out a visual check of the surround area, enter the premises and unset the security systems and hand the building over to your authorised member of staff.

On demand lock-ups and unlocks are useful for companies that prefer to have their keys held securely but have staff who need to gain access or to leave a building at irregular times.
